Thanks, you have given me a new outlook on performance reviews. I'm anxious, because I've never had one before and there should be one this month. But they can't possibly say anything worse than I tell myself.

It has always helped me to take things the right way actually. Because I tell myself I suck, I can look past them saying it and easier pick up what it is they're telling me to work on.

That is one way to do it. I just generally don't mind people telling me I suck. I figured out how to shrug and look past it, and figure out who's worth impressing.
